Chef Joseph Wrede has carefully curated a menu that not only showcases his love for local product & cuisine but also cuisine of the world. Known for his playful use of flavors, textures and of course Duck Fat, Chef seasonally changes his menu keeping it fun and fresh all year round.

Our Wine List features Wineries of the world and focuses on small producers, natural Wine Makers, Organic & Biodynamic wines. We believe the journey you take with the wine and beverage should be just as exciting as it is with our food.
